She is survived by: her mother Rosalee Bazil Warren; her husband Ernest Monroe; her siblings, Jennifer Cordes and Timothy Doty; and her children, Laurie Monroe, Eric Monroe (Alicia), Steven Monroe (Angel), Gregory Monroe (Abbey) and Jacob Monroe (Duyen).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Presbyterian Church (58 W High St, Metamora, MI 48455).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Cindy's memory to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
