He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Montgomery and Faith Montgomery (Miller); his daughter Kimberly Montgomery; his siblings, Charlie Montgomery, Jr. and Jane Morris; and his niece Andrea Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Montgomery of Lapeer; his son James Montgomery of Lapeer; his granddaughter Lydia Andrews (Terry Forgione) of Lapeer; his great grandchild Hudson; his siblings, Marty Smith (Larry) of Lapeer, Pat Montgomery (Becci) of Lapeer, Mary Ann Smith of Port Huron and Jon Montgomery (Sandy) of Lapeer; and his sister-in-law Judy Montgomery of Lapeer. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
