She was predeceased by: her father Roy Choate; her stepmother Iva Choate; and her siblings, Roy Lee and Jayne Choate. She is survived by: her husband Dennis DenBaas; her children, Niki Montgomery (Aaron), Scott Hutchinson and Erin Hutchinson; her grandchildren, ShaiAnne, Ciara, Brooklynn, Cora and Lake; her great grandchildren, River and Joseph; her mother Beverly Choate; her siblings, Frank Choate (Carol), Cindy Weese (Doug), Ron Choate (Susie), Wayde Choate, Marilyn Hess (Rick) and Lori Harmon (Sam); and her brother-in-law Dirk DenBaas (Sybil).
