He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Anna Fick (Houck); his daughter Susan Fick; his son-in-law Marty Connelly; and his siblings, Dorothy Leslie, Kenneth Kelts, Chuck Kelts, Melvin Kelts, Thornetta Spezia, Atwood Kelts, Beverly Meirow, Phyllis Schultz, George Fick and Annabel Fick.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fick of Lapeer; his children, Bruce Fick of Emmett, Deanna Powers (Curtis) of Richmond, Donna Connelly of Almont and William Fick of Lapeer; his grandchildren, James Cusimano (Sarah), Diane Hartman (Charlie), Todd Tabor, Zachary Fick, Brandon Wise (Tiffany), William Tabor (Stephanie), Travis Fick, LeeAnn Connelly, Matthew Powers (Kara), Hannah Bollaert and Michael Law (Samantha); and his daughters-in-law, Pamela Fick and Joellen Fick. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
