He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Green and Naomi Green (Groves); and his brother Michael Lindquist. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Erity; his children, Wendy Green of Davison, David Green (Lorina) of Lapeer and Christopher Green of Florida; his grandson Michael Green (Jolene); and his brother Gary Birkett (Teresa).
