He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Owen and Fidalis Owen (Patton). He is survived by: his wife Denise; his sons, Donald Owen (Janelle), Greg Owen (Knott), Jeremiah Owen and Mike Owen; and his sister Sherrie Irish.
