He is survived by: his wife Carol Choate; his children, Misty Parker (Mike) and Joshua Choate (Heidi); his grandchildren, Jesse Choate (KT), Mackenzie, Beckham and Kendall Choate; his great grandchildren, Ellis and Arlo Choate; his siblings, Cindy Weese (Doug), Ron (Susan), Wayde, Marilyn Hess (Rick) and Lori Harmon (Sam); and his pet Charlie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel (542 Liberty St, Lapeer, MI 48446).
