She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pechacek and Mildred Pechacek (Munson); her husband Robert McInerney; her daughter Heather Chambers; and her former husband Ronald Heins.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Aguinaga (Steven), Ron Heins (Susan) and Rob Heins; her grandchildren, Seth Aguinaga, Chase Aguinaga, Katelyn Spencer (Sam), Brooke Ventimiglia (Peter), Makayla Heath (Dan), R. J. Heins, Nyles Chambers (Nikki), Bailey Chambers, Julian Chambers and Dawson Chambers; her siblings, Dan Pechacek (Christine) and Terry Pechacek; and her nephew Luke Balmer. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
The family is also asking that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the American Lung Association or Global Christian Relief.
