He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Hill (Dave) of Lapeer, Brian Mikulski of Lewiston, Tim Mikulski (Julie) of Homewood, Curt Mikulski (Eileen) of Traverse City, Christine Jarvis (Greg) of Metamora and Cheryl Formell (John) of Lake Orion; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Amanda, Ashley (Kyle), Ruby, Claire, Sarah, Nathan (Kelly), Kelsey, Courtney and Kirsten; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gideon, Elena and Keira.
