She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Robak and Violet Robak; her husband Theodore Goemaere Jr.; her siblings, Jerome Robak (Eileen), Ed Robak and Marie Mineweiser; and her brother-in-law Eldon Goemaere (Georgina).
She is survived by: her son Mark Goemaere (Roxanne) of Imlay City; her grandchildren, Tracy Doll (Drew), Steven Goemaere and Erica DiMatteo (Matt); her godchildren, Sueann Robak, Andrew Robak and Julie Ritter; her siblings, Arthur Robak (late Millie), Lucille Wilhelm and Shirley Zugras (Jim); and her sister-in-law Angie Robak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel (542 Liberty St, Lapeer, MI 48446). A rosary was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (814 W Nepessing St, Lapeer, MI 48446). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (4401 Nelsey Rd, Waterford Township, MI 48329).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
