She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood Willobee and Martha Willobee (Craig); and her husband Louis "Lou" Kaphengst. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Elkins (Tim); her grandchildren, Andrew Elkins (Kate) and Ally Ulberg (Travis); her great grandchild Parker Elkins; her sister Betty Hardy; her nephews, John Hardy, Jeff Hardy and James Hardy; and her sister-in-law Minnie Batoha. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
