He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Clark (Smith) and Joseph Clark. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Irwin; his brother James (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Doug Irwin (Karen) and Sandra Kiracofe (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
