He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lewis and Ruth Lewis; his child Robin Lewis; and his sister Geneva Roese. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Spettel (Thomas), Paul Hartley and Cynthia Lewis-Susalla (Jay); his grandchildren, Jason (Rebecca), Shannon, Alexander and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Tristen, Brayten and Kolten; and his close friend Mary Olson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
