He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sutton and Velma Sutton (Jarvis); his son Tad Sutton; and his brothers, John Sutton and Max Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Sutton; his children, Robert L. Sutton (Shelli) of Metamora, Barry Sutton (Jeannie) of Fort Myers, FL and Ellen Tindall (Todd) of Metamora; and his sister-in-law Gloria Sutton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
