It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roderick D. Kavalunas of Lapeer, Michigan, who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kavalunas and Eleanor Kavalunas; his brother Carl Kavalunas; and his siblings-in-law, Michele Peterson, William Campbell, John Campbell, Raymond Frank and Brandon Mowery.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kavalunas; his children, Todd Kavalunas (Kay Roat) and Jodie Savage (Stanley); his grandson Clay Daniel Smith; his brother Daniel Kavalunas (Marylyn); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Kavalunas, Jeanne Campbell, Joan Reuss (Gunter), Susan Frank and Candice Mowery (Charlie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
