She was predeceased by: her husband Michel Kokotovich; and her children, William Kokotovich and Deborah Adler (John). She is survived by: her family, Michael Kokotovich (Jeanne), Edwin Martin (Rianita), Steven Kokotovich (Cynthia), James Kokotovich (Beth Ann) and Kathleen Meyers (Michael); and her sister Nancy Peek. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to AdvisaCare Hospice or Brownstone Manor in Sandra's honor.
