She was predeceased by: her father Charles Orr; and her stepfather Duane Headley. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her mother Hazel Headley; her children, Haylee Derrig and Nicholas Greene (Cammie); her grandson Jaxson; her siblings, Cheryl Clark (John), James Orr, Ken Headley, Angie Anderson and Brandi Kenyon; and her pet Zuko. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
