She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Serrels and Neva Serrels; her son Kirk Allen; her brothers, Roscoe Serrels and Deyo Serrels; and her friend Willa "Sue" Kemp.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Moore; her children, Dr. Robin Welch (JoAnn), Todd Welch, Brett Welch and Selin Eisenbrey; her sister Sherrel Curtis; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Bubb and Danny Moore (Connie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
