He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bond (Scott), Monica Chown (Rick), Stephanie Allen (Curtis), Steven Chown (Vicki) and Matthew Chown (Leslie); his grandchildren, Haley, Josh, Jordan, Adrianna, Jake, Morgan, Jesse, Sidney and Jeremy; and his caregivers, Sarah and Jennifer.
