She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Howard Cook and Cleo Lucille Cook (Jacobs); her siblings, Bernice Cook Tarantino (Paul Tarantino), John Cook and Robert Cook; and her granddaughter Debra Hanson.
She is survived by: her husband Leland Earl Thomas; her children, Sandra Hanson (Don) of Decatur, Michigan, Stanton Thomas (Christine) of Plover, Wisconsin and Steven Thomas (Bonny) of Siren, Wisconsin.; her grandchildren, Scott Blakely (Elizabeth) of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Douglas Hanson (Janice) of Decatur, Michigan and Shannon Honl (Daniel) of Arlington, Virginia; her great grandchildren, Alexandra Vecella (Ryan) and Caelen Blakely; her granddaughters, Denise Jannopolous (Brian) and Deidre Hanson; her great grandchildren, Del Jolly (Jacqui), Heather Jannopolous and Randy Jannopolous; her great great grandchildren, Ayla, West, Mavis and Frances; and her caregivers, Judy, Sarha, Joyce, Teresa, Breanna, Lisa, Sandy and Carmela.
