He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slucas and Mary Slucas (Grinis); his wife Beverly Slucas (Hacker); and his brothers, William Slucas and David Slucas.

He is survived by: his nieces, Alison Slucas, Victoria Wolfe (Shawn), Julia Slucas and Elizabeth Slucas; and his nephew Matthew Slucas.
