He is survived by: his wife Renee Johnson; his children, Greg Kitzmiller (Jennifer) and Melinda Leake (Hunter); his granddaughters, Hope Kavos (Jeremiah), Kara Labbe Lane (Luke) and Jennifer Kitzmiller (Charles Burden); and his great grandchildren, Victoria Kavos, Vanelope Kavos, Jameson Kavos and Lucy Labbe Lane.
