She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Miller and Frances Miller (McCormick); her husband John Paul Mencl; and her siblings, Agnes Allen, Mary Harpowicz, Chuck Miller and Bill Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Markus, John Mencl (Leisa), Gary Mencl (Laura), Craig Mencl (LaShel) and Russ Mencl; and her grandchildren, Matthew Markus (Kelly), Melissa Johnson (late Matt), Michael Markus, Mikayla Seager (Clayton), Meaghan Froberg (Dallas), Samantha Hollman (Thomas), Tyler Mencl, Lydia Mencl, Ivy Mencl, Sean Mencl (Colleen), Jake Mencl (Summer), Sarah Stewart (Chad), Ethan Mencl and Sophie Mencl. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Bosco Catholic Church (23830 Front St, Mattawan, MI 49071).
