He is survived by: his wife Mary Barbara Mauk (Douglas); his children, Vicki Van Slambrouck (Rich) and Willie Mauk (Tiffany); his stepdaughters, Lorie Starks and Rhonda Washington; his grandchildren, Christopher Mauk, Karalyn Poster (Harry), Amber Mauk, Luke Van Slambrouck and Tori VanSlambrouck; and his brother Roland Rife (Elaine). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and other extended family.
