He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Hirschfield and Virginia Hirschfield (Stadelman); and his wife Susan Marie Fischer. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Hirschfield (Kathy), Patricia D'Angelo (Paul), James Hirschfield, Ann Dion (Mark) and John Hirschfield (Stephanie). He is also survived by ten loving nieces and nephews.
