He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Jacobs and Karen Jacobs (Charron); and his grandson Ayden. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jacobs; his children, Josh Roe (Nicole), Larry Carter (Teri), Stephanie Karabinas (Nikos), Ryan Jacobs, Daniel Carter (Katy) and Paxton Clark; his grandchildren, Colton, Dylan, Braylon, Molly, Lawrence, Natalie, Eden, Avalynn, Lydia, Kaedynce, Paul, Mark, Myrrha, Reese, Carson, Elijah, Draven, Phenix and Aubree; and his brother Scott Jacobs (Kathy). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the family for future designation.
