He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Lewis and Mary Genevieve Lewis; his daughter Shannon Lewis; and his siblings, Esther Dalegleish, Jack "Wiley" Lewis and Lloyd A. Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Collier; and his siblings, Roy Lewis (Mary), Joanne Hodge and Judy Fox.
