He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Dziobak and Margaret Dziobak; and his brother Lawrence Dzioback. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelin Dziobak; his children, Andrew Dziobak (Lisa), Brooke and Kurt Dziobak (Tenya); his grandchildren, Branden and Chase; his sister Patricia Phillips; and his sister-in-law Pat Dziobak.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Life Fellowship (4691 S Hull Rd, Leslie, MI 49251).
