He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman James Barratt and Helen Betty Barratt. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his children, Brad Barratt (Lisa), Todd Barratt (Lacey) and Cindy Hinton (DesJuan); his grandchildren, Matthew, Lily, Avery, Rhett, Marquis, Micah, Daylin, Delaney, Teanna of Ashley, CJ and Tyler; his pet Rocky; and his siblings, Gregg Barratt (Judy) and Beth Fry (Randy). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
He also asked that there be absolutely no flowers.
