He is survived by: his children, Jim Higgins (Kristie), Margaret Gilley (Hoyte) and Christie Clemens (Sean); his grandchildren, Janice, Andy, Timmy, Josh, Stefani, Missy, Kenny, Mikey, Makayla and Alexus; and his brother Rick Higgins (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
