In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ernestina leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Ernestina may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernesto Bruno and Virginia Vela Reyes; her husband Gregory Tupper; and her brother Lupe Reyes. She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Reyes, Ernesto Reyes Jr., Gilbert Reyes and Victoria Reyes; and her children, Anita Birman (Trevor), Francesca Alvarado (Will), Starr Alvarez (Edwin) and Jose Zavala. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 5000 N Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI 48906.
