He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dodge and Dorothy Dodge; his former wife Marlene Dodge; his siblings, Ray, David and Dianne; and his stepson Brad Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Castle-Dodge; his siblings, Douglas Dodge (Joan), William Dodge and Kathy Reck (Tom); his children, Michael, Cindy Howe (Dennis), Denise Dodge and Karen Page (Mark); and his stepdaughter Laura Napier (Gary). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
