Kay Allison left this world on June 7, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Lowell West; her parents, Alson Shaw and Maureen Shaw; her sister Joyce Sayles; and her siblings-in-law, Myrtle Muraf, James West, Bethel and Tommy.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne West (Valerie Lundy) and Amanda Barkema (Corrie); her grandchildren, Christian West, Cierra Smalley, Kay Thornburg (Brittney), Samantha Lundy, Nick Barnett (Taylor) and Christopher Lott; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Ava; her sisters, Pat Wollet and Shirley Sayles; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Strouss and Pete Muraf. She is also survived by many adopted children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Onondaga Community Church (4474 S Onondaga Rd, Onondaga, MI 49264). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
