She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnson and Gladys Johnson (Waltz); her husband Clarence Hashley; her siblings, Lorraine Day, Phyllis Stetler, Richard Johnson and Jack Johnson; the father of her children John Arbuckle; her daughter Genevieve Hathaway (Annette); and her granddaughter Kasey Bottoms.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wolcott (Denny), Cynthia Shinevar (Russell), Toby Arbuckle (Debi) and Duane Arbuckle (Mary); and her siblings, Donald Johnson and Peggy Barnett. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
