He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Urban and Shirley Urban; his brother Mark Urban; his father-in-law LaVern Eldred; and his sister-in-law Susan (Tom Richards).
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Urban; his children, Sheila Abruzzo (Alan), Robert Urban, James Urban, Jennifer Florinki (Chris Hagadon) and Rachel Wilson (Ross); his sister Cindy Ousley; his mother-in-law Lucille Eldred; his brother-in-law Todd Eldred (Carrie); and his close friends, Bill Vicary and Tony Waldron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Leslie First Baptist Church.
