He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chamberlain and Luella Chamberlain; his brothers, Edward and Ralph; and his great-niece Heather Toth.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Chris Chamberlain (Melissa) and Lori Schrauben (Chad); his grandchildren, Julia, Nicholas (Teagan), Breanna, Kaitlyn, Rachel, Nolan and Graham; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Tate; his siblings, Bruce Chamberlain, Raella Starken (Kevin) and Suzie Cantwell (Marty); and his sisters-in-law, Teri Chamberlain and Linda Chamberlain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
