She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grabowski and Genevieve Grabowski (Kowalski); and her son William. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Czopek; her son Michael Czopek (Anne); her grandchildren, Kate, Zach, Madeline, Emily, Kayla, David, Kenny and Sheri; her siblings, Judy Coppa (Gary) and Tom Grabowski (Kathy); and her daughter-in-law TracyBeth Czopek. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Jude's or the Shriners Hospital in memory of Jean.
