We are sad to announce that, on November 13, 2023, at the age of 59, Tammy Lynn Hofstra of Lewiston, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Clarke. She is survived by: her mother Bernice Clarke (Harms) of Clinton Township; her husband Jarett Hofstra; her son Sean Hofstra (Emma Wojan) of Lewiston; her sisters, Audrey Clarke of Chesterfield Township and Debbie Drettmann (Paul) of Clinton Township; her close friend Karen Brooks of Lewiston; her aunt Sharon Harms of Clinton Township; and her cousin Teresa Eiben of Sterling Heights. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
