She is survived by: her husband Jerry Culp; her children, Doug Osmak (Sara), Dan Osmak, Kathryn Fischer (Ken) and Jeffrey Osmak (Stephanie); her granddaughters, Jessica Jefferies (Michael) and Elizabeth Osmak (Brandon); her stepdaughters, Lynette Castello (Michael), Shelley Marzka (Ken), Ginger Moody and Elizabeth Zurek; and her stepgrandchildren, Christina Williams, Derek Metzer (Danielle), Jeremy Marzka (Ashley), Andrew Marzka (Kelly), Tiffany Rice (Troy), Jessica Moody, Michael Moody, Crystal Alkasmikha (Bassam) and Amanda Wright. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
