She is survived by: her children, Tonya Church and Todd Church (Tracie); her stepson David Poirier; her grandchildren, Kayla Cross (Daniel) and Jacob Church; her great grandchildren, Emmett and Connell Cross; and her siblings, Kelvin Smith (Anne) and Nancy Teel. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
