He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander V. Hadacz and Lottie Hadacz (Cynarski); and his sister Pamela Hadacz. He is survived by: his wife Janet Caldwell; his children, Joe Hadacz (Nikki) and Cheryl Hadacz (Erik Evenson); and his grandchildren, Cash, Tommy and Ava.
