He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calka and Dolores J. Calka (Siwak). He is survived by: his children, Christina Calka and John Paul Calka (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Brynn, Mason and Mylah Calka. He is also survived by his seven siblings.
