He is survived by: his children, James Lynn Ruiz (Donna), Carmen Simpson (Charles), Esperanza Keck (John), Yolanda Abair (Bill Jr.), Alberto Ruiz (Elizabeth) and Mario Ruiz (Beckey); and his pet Willow. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
