He was predeceased by: his son David; and his brother Jimmy Mittlestat. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Ashley, Adam and Kenny; and his siblings, Delan Robbins and Jeffrey Doute. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
