He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Jayson Clark (Angela), Jessica Clark, Jayna Jones and Joshua Clark (Cecelia); his grandchildren, Jayson, Abbie, Anthony, Gavin, Luca, Bryce, Jaxon, Sophia and August; and his sisters, Caryl Sedliar (Russell), Cathy Fonseca (Juan) and Cindy Albright.
