He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracey Jervis; and his brothers, Mike Jervis (Susie) and Randall Jervis. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jervis; his children, Keith Jervis (Jasmine), Brian Jervis and Kitty Klofta (Daniel); his grandchildren, Codey, Madison, Kellen, Zackery, Cole, Clinton and Lena; and his brothers, Stephan, Marvin and Vernon Jervis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
