It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Silverthorn Jr. (Lincoln, Michigan), born in Harrisville, Michigan, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Silverthorn and Bernice Silverthorn (Baker). He is survived by: his son Douglas; his wife Bertha (Waldeck); his daughter Ellen VanDenBoom (Allen); his grandsons, Allen VanDenBoom (Courtney) and Dalton VanDenBoom; his siblings-in-law, Jack Brittain, Yvonne Waldeck and Ann Silverthorn; his brothers, George and Glynn Silverthorn; and his siblings-in-law, Eunice Silverthorn (Goddard), Pauline Brittain (Waldeck) and Donald Waldeck. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
