He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Linda Bush and Leonard Toombs (Tamara); his grandchildren, Shannon Bush (Jesse), Alayna Toombs and Matthew Toombs; and his siblings, Robert, Larry Toombs and Valerie Wright. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
