He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert J. Hoffman and Gladys E. Hoffman (Butterfield); his siblings, David Hoffman and Linda Hoffman (Linn); and his grandson Bailen.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Stehle; his children, Amy Mann (Brian), Dawn Helgeson and Ronnie Helgeson (Jamie); his grandchildren, Justin, Lindsey, Trinity, Ashlyn, Brianna, Kelsi and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Saylor and Preston; his siblings, Carol Austin, Helen Poinsett (Scott), Frank Hoffman (Sherry), Dolly Patterson (George), Betty Timbs (James) and Sally Hoffman; his brother-in-law Tom Almond (Linn); and his pet Maxx. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
