He is survived by: his wife Kay Kuhn; and his children, Sheila Baker (Ken), Brian Kuhn, Brenda Matthews (Allen) and Leslie Johns (Ken). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and other dear family members.
